Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking an experienced Restaurant Assistant General Manager for the Greenville-Spartanburg area. You will lead operations in a high-traffic airport dining environment, ensuring top-quality guest service, food safety, and brand standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of restaurant management, ServSafe certification within six months, and the ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

3–5 years of restaurant management experience.
Obtain and maintain ServSafe Food Manager’s Certification within six months of hire.
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and perform extended standing, bending, and walking.
Bachelor of Science in hotel/restaurant management is desirable; practical experience may count.

Responsibilities

Maintain professional restaurant image including cleanliness, food quality, presentation, and grooming.
Be a visible presence for team members, guests, and airport partners; monitor operations and adjust as needed.
Ensure positive guest service, investigate complaints, and resolve with a 24-hour resolution.
Drive top-line sales and profitability; adapt to fast-changing circumstances using problem-solving skills.
