Paradies Lagardère is seeking a restaurant manager in Fletcher, NC to lead daily operations in a fast-paced airport dining environment. You will oversee staff, uphold food safety standards, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining profitability.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of restaurant management experience, ServSafe certification within six months, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years restaurant management experience.
• Must obtain ServSafe Food Manager certification within six months of hire/promotion.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs and perform essential job functions (standing, bending, reaching, gripping, ladder work, long walks).
• Standing for long periods and ability to work in varying temperatures.

Responsabilités

• Maintain professional restaurant image including cleanliness, food quality and presentation standards, and grooming.
• Be a visible presence to team members, guests, and airport partners; monitor performance and adjust as needed.
• Ensure positive guest service and address complaints with a 24-hour resolution to GM.
• Drive top-line sales and profitability; adapt to fast-moving, changing circumstances.
• Promote employee development and a collaborative, 7/365 team environment.
