SSP America at Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead a full-service restaurant and a coffee shop, delivering guest experiences and strong operational leadership.

You will develop and coach a high-performing team, manage food and labor costs with P&L accountability, and uphold sanitation and safety standards in a fast-paced airport environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Manager level experience in a full-service w/bar environment with P&L responsibility.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and POS systems.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred (or equivalent coursework).
• Experience in full-service restaurants is required.
• Proven ability to manage conflicts, resolve challenges, and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to diverse audiences.
