Responsibilities

• Assist customers across the rental and return process on airport lots.
• Check vehicles and enter information into a handheld device.
• Process rentals for loyalty customers and at exit gates.
• Check in vehicles at return and ensure smooth experience.
• Provide professional, friendly service to every customer.
