Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a full-time Ramp Agent to help flights run on time by handling cargo, baggage and aircraft guidance. You will lift up to 70 lbs, operate ground equipment, and follow loading instructions while maintaining safety and compliance.

Requirements include 18+ years old, a high school diploma or GED (or ramp experience), English proficiency, and a valid driver’s license. Outdoor work across varied shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma, GED or six months ramp agent experience.
• Must pass pre-employment testing including a drug test.
• Capable of safely lifting up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
• Must read, write and speak English proficiently.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license with no major violations in 5 years.
• Must be available for variable shifts, overtime and weekends.
• Work is outdoors; comfortable in all weather conditions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain airports and badges/seals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of shipped goods and load/unload baggage and cargo.
• Move baggage and cargo to and from aircraft and coordinating with ground staff.
• Operate motorized handling equipment as required.
• Follow weight and balance loading instructions and safety labels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
