Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a ramp agent to unload and load luggage, freight, and cargo from aircraft and to operate small vehicles on the ramp. The role requires heavy lifting, outdoor work in all weather, and strict adherence to TSA and airline security procedures.

You must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED (or ramp experience), pass pre-employment checks, and hold a valid driver’s license. Flight privileges are included as a perk.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED (or six months ramp experience).
• Must pass all pre-employment testing, including a drug test.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no major violations in past 5 years.
• Capable of safely lifting up to 70 lbs and working outdoors in all weather.
• Must speak/read/write English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load luggage, freight and cargo on/off aircraft.
• Operate motorized vehicles and small specialized equipment.
• Read weight/balance loading instructions and security labels.
• Replace soiled linens and ensure cleaning materials are stored correctly.
• Follow TSA and airline security mandates and report tampering.
• Perform duties as assigned and maintain a safe work environment.
