Job summary

Alliance Ground International is seeking a Ramp Agent in Orlando, FL to provide efficient ground support to flights, handle baggage and cargo, and ensure on-time arrivals. The role requires lifting, operating equipment, and strict adherence to safety policies.

You will work outdoors in a fast-paced aviation environment, coordinating with flight crews and ground teams, and performing data entry and paperwork as required. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills required to coordinate with flight crew and ground team.
• Basic math skills for weight and balance calculations and inventory.
• Strong time management to handle fast-paced ramp operations.
• Problem-solving ability to address loading/unloading issues and safety concerns.

Responsibilities

• Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate.
• Transport, load/unload, sort and transfer baggage, cargo, and mail safely.
• Safeguard baggage and cargo from weather, loss, theft, or damage.
• Clean aircraft cabins between flights and stock supplies.
• Operate heavy equipment (pushback, belt loaders, lift trucks, deicers) and communicate via radio.
• Complete paperwork and data entry in the company system.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain punctuality; be flexible with hours.
