Qualifications

• Prior work experience required.
• Airport Badge/Security Clearance (if applicable).
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds (23 kg) regularly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise agents and leads on each shift to ensure procedures are followed safely and efficiently.
• Mentor and coach staff and conduct on-the-job training.
• Direct inbound/outbound airplanes to gates and transport baggage, cargo and mail.
• Clean aircraft cabins between flights and stock supplies; operate heavy equipment to move luggage and tow planes.
• Be punctual, prepared and safety‑minded; assist with staffing schedules as needed.
