Responsibilities

• Guide and direct aircraft on the taxiway for safe, on-time arrivals and departures.
• Load/unload baggage and cargo, operate ground support equipment as needed.
• Greet passengers and provide seamless check-in and boarding experiences.
• Use reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
• Communicate travel information to passengers and resolve issues promptly.
