Job summary

City of Cleveland seeks an Airport Project Coordinator – Oversight & Services to manage and ensure compliance with DBE/ACDBE, Title VI, ADA, and Davis-Bacon programs within the Cleveland Airport System.

You will coordinate audits, prepare reports, and collaborate with federal, state, and local agencies, contractors, and City offices. Bachelor's degree and 2 years of program administration required; valid Ohio driver's license; strong Microsoft Office skills expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or closely related field.
  • Two years of program administration experience required.
  • Valid Ohio driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in management and compliance with Grant, Civil Rights, compliance programs for the Cleveland Airport System.
  • Coordinate DBE/ACDBE program activities, reporting and outreach.
  • Coordinate Title VI program reviews and investigations.
  • Monitor ADA and wage programs; conduct audits and maintain documentation.
  • Prepare reports and ensure compliance with AIP and related grants.
  • Collaborate with federal, state and local agencies, City Officials, airport sections, contractors and other stakeholders.
