Responsibilities

• Prepare food items following recipes, seasonings, cooking directions, and portioning standards to ensure consistency and quality.
• Follow production prep lists, requisition supplies, and maintain accurate records for efficient operations.
• Use knives, slicers, and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support daily kitchen tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area to uphold safety and sanitation standards.
• Adhere to all brand standards including food safety, sanitation, and guest satisfaction requirements.
• Restock kitchen supplies and food items as needed to ensure continuous service.
• Assist with ordering and planning food supplies under supervisor guidance.
• Report equipment repairs and maintenance needs to management and monitor proper dating of ingredients.
