Qualifications

• Ability to work varied shifts in a 7/365 team environment, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills and an ability to communicate effectively, in English.
• Strong self-motivation, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Positive interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter able to prioritize and handle various tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
• Proficiency required in reading, writing, and mathematics, in English.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs and perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, gripping, climbing on a ladder and walking long distances.
• Standing for long periods of time and the ability to work in an environment with varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Crew Members are responsible for preparing products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean and fast-paced environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with guests.
• Maintain a neat, safe, and efficient workspace while following company policies.
