Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Fully conversational in English.
• 1–2 years of culinary experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Must obtain ServSafe Certification or equivalent within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs or more.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to correct temperature, portion, and plating specifications.
• Work in OTG prep kitchens or on the line of fast-casual concepts.
• Prepping ingredients for the BOH lines and maintaining quality.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Assist other cooks and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
