Job summary

Kenton County Airport Board seeks an experienced plumber to install, maintain and repair airport plumbing systems, supporting snow removal and on-call shifts as needed. You will work on water lines, fixtures, meters and to ensure code compliance in a high-security environment.

Required are 5+ years of plumbing experience, a valid CDL, Kentucky Journeyman license, and SIDA clearance. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and on-site responsibilities at the Kentucky airport facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years plumbing experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Driver's License; CDL Class A or B or ability to acquire Class B within 6 months.
• Kentucky Journeyman License; Cross Connection and Control Testers license; SIDA clearance.

Responsibilities

• Installs, maintains and repairs plumbing fixtures and water/sewer lines.
• Ensures compliance with current plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Performs servicing and testing of plumbing equipment; checks faucets and restrooms.
• Reads blueprints and coordinates tasks with other trades in a high-security environment.
• Performs on-call duties and supports contractors to meet airport standards.
