Job summary

Prospect Airport Services is seeking a part-time Passenger Assistance Supervisor to oversee agents on assigned shifts, coordinating dispatch and equipment for arriving/departing flights. The role focuses on safety, efficiency, and effective payroll administration within a dynamic airport setting.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent, are at least 18, hold a valid driver’s license, and can obtain required credentials.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid Driving License.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• One year of relevant work experience in the aviation or ground handling services industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team of leads and agents in passenger assistance duties.
• Responsible for shift schedule to include workstation assignments, employee training, vacations, breaks, overtime, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.
• Communicate with the manager concerning any problems or issues.
• Schedules and conducts shift meetings.
• Assists in the administration of payroll; completes shift paperwork and performs other administrative functions.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards.
• Immediately report safety and security incidents and potential hazards in line with the Fair and Just Culture Policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience, and capabilities expected for this position.
