Job summary

ABM is seeking an Operations Manager, Passenger Assist at our Los Angeles airport station to lead wheelchair, mobility and passenger-escort services. This hands-on leader will manage staffing, dispatch, safety, performance, equipment readiness and airline relationships, with a visible terminal presence.

The role requires calm, decisive leadership during peak flight banks and irregular operations. Afternoon hours with weekend availability are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily wheelchair, mobility, and passenger-escort services.
• Manage staffing, dispatch, safety, and service performance.
• Maintain equipment readiness and develop staff.
• Maintain airline relationships and show visible leadership in terminal during peak periods.
