Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is hiring an Airport Customer Service Agent in Oregon. The role involves greeting passengers, assisting with ticketing, check-in, and boarding, and resolving issues with a friendly, professional approach.

Full-time position with 30 hours per week or more, rotating shifts and readiness to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Comprehensive benefits, PTO, and 401(k) are provided after eligibility.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided for all new employees.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials as per airport/state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers during arrivals, ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage handling, reservations, and handling related queries or complaints.
• Operate a computerized system for ticketing and check-in, including boarding, baggage service, reservations, and issue resolution.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine as needed.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs and gate-checked items are prepared for loading and delivery to passengers.
• Move passengers and equipment safely, including assisting those with special needs; follow safety procedures and company policies.
