Job summary

Menzies Aviation is hiring a Passenger Assistant Agent in the Morrisville area to support travelers with mobility needs and wheelchair services at the airport. You will ensure safe, courteous, and efficient assistance from check-in through boarding, connections, arrival, and baggage claim.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, clear communication, and adherence to airline policies and TSA regulations while coordinating with gate agents and airport staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers requiring wheelchair or mobility assistance throughout the airport.
• Transport passengers safely between ticket counters, security checkpoints, gates, baggage claim, and connecting flights.
• Assist passengers with boarding and deplaning aircraft when required.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional communication to passengers and families.
• Coordinate with gate agents, airline staff, and airport personnel to ensure timely passenger assistance.
• Follow all airport safety procedures, airline policies, and TSA regulations.
• Report operational concerns, passenger incidents, or equipment issues to supervisors promptly.
