Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Good communication and customer service skills required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident required.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Fingerprinting and background screening as part of security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers requiring mobility assistance to navigate Bradley International Airport safely and comfortably.
• Transport passengers between ticket counters, departure gates, baggage claim, and curbside pickup areas.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional customer service throughout the passenger’s journey.
• Coordinate with airline personnel, dispatchers, gate agents, and team members to assist passengers.
• Follow airport security procedures and safety guidelines; report incidents when needed.
• Complete required service records and related documentation; perform additional duties as assigned.
