HHS Aviation is seeking an Airport Wheelchair Agent at Bradley International (BDL) in Windsor Locks, CT. The role offers an hourly wage of $17.00 plus tips, with both full-time and part-time shifts including day, evening, and night options.

Responsibilities include assisting passengers with wheelchairs inside the terminal, greeting customers, and ensuring safety according to ADA requirements. Background checks and drug screening are required, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Must be able to provide clear, concise, and polite directions.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and provide a motor vehicle record.
• ADA training provided (must meet requirements).

Responsibilities

• Transport passengers in wheelchairs to and from flights inside the terminal.
• Greet and assist all customers in a friendly manner.
• Assist with lifting passengers in and out of wheelchairs and seats as needed.
• Follow all HHS and regulatory procedures and best practices.
• Assist team members and management to help the department operate efficiently.
