Job summary

Reimagined Parking Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Parking Attendant at Erie International Airport. The role involves greeting guests, directing traffic, counting vehicles, and ensuring safety and cleanliness of the facility.

Responsibilities include assisting guests, managing parking flow, and reporting incidents to the Operations Manager. Candidates must be 18+, able to work varying shifts, and pass a background check with E-Verify participation.

Qualifications

• Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and report hazards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to verbally communicate with guests.
• Previous customer service experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Direct guests to available parking spaces as traffic controller.
• Perform vehicle counts to avoid overfilling the garage.
• Ensure vehicles are parked according to lot layout and site instructions.
• Distribute parking validation instructions or signage information when applicable.
• Adjust cones, barriers, and signage as needed.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.
• Monitor pedestrian crossings for safe vehicle-pedestrian interaction.
• Assist guests with locating their parked vehicles.
• Pick up litter and debris to prevent hazards.
• Assist with seasonal tasks (rain prep, heat precautions, storm readiness).
• Report accidents or safety concerns to supervisor.
