Job summary

Reimagined Parking is hiring a Parking Attendant at Harrisburg International Airport. The role involves greeting guests, directing traffic, counting vehicles, and ensuring proper parking and safety practices. The position requires flexibility for varying shifts and a commitment to customer service in an outdoor setting.

Compensation starts at $16 per hour with full-time status. The role reports to the Location Manager and requires submission to a background check and DHS eligibility

Qualifications

• Basic problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and report hazards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to verbally communicate with guests.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly manner.
• Direct traffic to available parking spaces as needed.
• Perform vehicle counts to avoid overfilling the garage.
• Ensure vehicles are parked per lot layout and site instructions.
• Distribute parking validation instructions or signage when applicable.
