Job summary

gategroup is seeking a motivated professional to serve as the unit’s primary representative in the Airport Tower, coordinating gate changes, aircraft swaps, and delays for our major customer’s operations. You will analyze data, monitor flight progress, and communicate timely updates to dispatch, catering, and transportation teams.

The role requires a minimum 3 years in customer service, at least 1 year leading others, and preferred airline industry experience.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in a customer service role.
• 1 year experience directing others.
• Airline industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from custom screens and communicate changes to dispatch and catering teams.
• Monitor arrivals/departures and ensure flights are serviced as assigned.
• Track flight and gate changes and update timelines.
• Provide timely information to SOC and field teams.
• Make operational decisions and communicate with transportation teams on the field.
• Represent the company in delay discussions and research contesting delays.
