Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking a Duty Manager to ensure safe, efficient daily airport operations and to coordinate team activities. The role includes supervising staff, guiding performance, and maintaining compliance with safety standards at the station.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and be able to obtain credentials as required.
• Supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates team activities related to the operation.
• Coaches, counsels and mentors employees, including issuing disciplinary action as required.
• Assists in recruiting, administrative, payroll, employee scheduling, and general administrative duties.
• Monitors staffing and overtime use and operational and financial performance of the assigned station.
• Promotes team-building initiatives to develop and motivate team members.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards.
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience, and capabilities expected for this position.
