Job summary

SkyWest Airlines is seeking a part-time Supervisor in Cheyenne to lead a station team, ensure safe, on-time operations, and promote a positive work environment. You will supervise cross-utilized agents, provide guidance, and uphold SkyWest standards while coordinating with fellow supervisors.

Applicants must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, pass background/drug checks, and be able to lift 50+ pounds. A flexible schedule including weekends is required, with a starting pay of $14.50 per hour plus

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Lift 50+ pounds consistently, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Flexibility for split shifts, early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and promote a positive work atmosphere within the department.
• Work with other supervisors to maintain standards and quality for employees.
• Develop, supervise, and oversee cross-utilized agents.
• Provide direction and motivation for station personnel.
