Job summary

Southwest Airlines is seeking an Operations Agent to support ground operations at BOS. You will help customers board, verify flight details, and communicate with multiple airport teams to keep flights on time.

Qualifications

• GSC qualified and able to meet DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements.
• No formal education required for this role.
• Two years of airline/military ramp/operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service to Customers and maintain positive relationships.
• Coordinate ramp, operations, and provisioning to ensure on-time departures.
• Assist with boarding, weight and balance, and communications with Gate Agents and Dispatch.
• Prepare flight-related paperwork and weather reports for crews.
• Ensure proper provisioning, fueling coordination, and aircraft servicing as needed.
