Qualifications

• Requires three years of supervisory/management experience in the airline industry.
• Must receive initial/advanced CSA/GOA Services training as required by the airline.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; College preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain safety compliance of aircraft, customers, facilities, and employee working environments.
• Audit compliance with FAA/TSA directives and security requirements.
• Establish cost control programs and manage station expenses.
• Establish relationships with airport officials, FAA, TSA, and local agencies.
• Coordinate vendor functions and liaison for services (fueling, security, catering, cleaning, ground handling).
• Evaluate performance and implement measures to improve service quality for airlines.
• Schedule staff and ensure training requirements are met.
