Job summary

Smarte Carte is seeking a General Manager for the DFW area to direct airport operations, build and develop a strong leadership team, and drive customer satisfaction and profitability. The GM will be responsible for the airport’s P&L, achieving revenue and EBITDA goals, and improving labor and equipment efficiency.

The role requires 3+ years in an operational function and at least 5 years in direct management, with cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning skills.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership with multi-site oversight.
• Strong P&L management experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a multi-million-dollar P&L and drive revenue growth vs plans.
• Lead airport operations with front-line managers and support staff.
• Ensure performance goals via labor planning and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Develop new business opportunities within airport services and vending.
• Manage cash collection, service, and maintenance of equipment.
• Build relationships with airport stakeholders and Smarte Carte peers.
