Job summary

Smarte Carte is seeking a General Manager for MSP Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport and Mall of America to lead airport operations, customer experience, and a multi-site team.

The role oversees a multi-million-dollar P&L, drives revenue growth, and ensures top performance through Lean/Six Sigma practices, staff development, and strong stakeholder relationships across the airport community. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operational functions such as manufacturing, logistics or process improvement.
• Strong P&L management experience is required.
• Minimum 5 years of direct management experience across diverse roles.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Travel approximately 10%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a multi-million-dollar P&L with revenue growth responsibility.
• Lead a team of front-line managers and staff across functions.
• Ensure daily performance via labor management and Lean/Six Sigma.
• Develop new business opportunities in airport services and vending.
• Maintain relationships with airport stakeholders and Smarte Carte partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
