Job summary

Smarte Carte Inc. seeks a General Manager for the DFW area to direct all airport operations, lead a diverse team, and ensure revenue and profitability goals are met. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, efficiency, and strategic growth in a multi-site environment.

You will oversee labor, materials, and equipment, while building relationships with airport authorities and partners, driving continuous improvement, and mentoring front-line managers to achieve EBITDA targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and experience in an operationally oriented role.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operational functions (manufacturing, logistics, distribution, process improvement, etc.).
• Strong P&L management experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of direct management experience; capable of leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead airport operations by building and developing a strong team of front-line managers and support staff.
• Ensure meeting daily operational performance goals through labor management and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Develop new business opportunities in airport services and vending.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the airport community and Smarte Carte.
