Job summary

JetBlue Airways is seeking an Airport Operations Supervisor to lead crewmembers and partner with internal teams to deliver safe, efficient airport services. You will coach staff, manage shift briefs, and ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes collaboration with management, handling escalated issues, and driving on-time performance while maintaining JetBlue’s hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3 years of customer service, sales, or airline experience, OR 1 year of JetBlue CEX experience.
• Able to stand continuously for up to 4 hours.
• Proficient in written and verbal English.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid SIDA Badge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Airports crewmembers to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Coach, train and develop airport crewmembers and partners through performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with SAPQ and applicable federal regulations; escalate non-compliance.
• Coordinate shift briefs and inform relevant stakeholders of changes or issues.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and daily operational execution during regular and irregular operations.
• Assist in audits and maintain effective partnership with management and partners.
