Job summary

Grupo Eulen seeks a Duty Operations Manager to oversee all airport operations during assigned shifts, coordinating ground handling, passenger services, ramp, security, and airline partners to ensure safe, on-time performance and exceptional customer experience.

The role requires experience in high-volume ground handling, strong leadership, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. Travel and shift flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ground handling with proven management experience.
• Experience supervising in high-volume airport operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day airport operations during shift.
• Coordinate between ground handling, passenger services, ramp, security and airline partners.
• Monitor KPIs and on-time performance; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain records of transactions and enforce policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to supervisory staff and ramp personnel.
• Produce operational reports and performance measurements.
