Job summary

Grupo Eulen is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day ground handling operations at our airport stations, including Ramp, Cabin Cleaning, and Security services. You will ensure safe, compliant service delivery while maintaining staffing and station-level financial performance.

You will lead multiple frontline teams, manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with airline partners and regulators to optimize operations in a dynamic airport environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Aviation, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience in airline, airport, or ground handling operations.
• Previous airline or passenger support services experience preferred.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of passenger service systems, baggage handling processes, and airport operations.
• Ability to lead multiple frontline teams in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays; irregular operations support.
• Must pass background check, drug screening, and SIDA badge requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ground operations teams across our ground handling aviation services (Cabin, Ramp, PAX, PRM, Security, Cargo).
• Recruit, schedule, and manage frontline staff; ensure coverage and training for all shifts.
• Plan daily staffing to meet budgeted labor hours and headcount targets.
• Monitor labor productivity, overtime, and absenteeism; implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and analyze operational KPIs; take corrective actions as needed.
• Report operational, safety, labor, and financial performance metrics to senior leadership.
• Own and manage the station operating budget and controllable Opex.
• Maintain headcount accountability by aligning staffing with flight schedules and demand.
