Job summary

Prospect Airport Services in Phoenix is seeking a Duty Manager who will ensure daily airport operations run safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively by coordinating activities and supervising a team across the station.

You will coach and mentor employees, assist in recruiting and scheduling, monitor staffing and performance, enforce safety standards, and collaborate with partners to maintain reliable service in a dynamic, shift-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possesses a valid Driver’s License.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state/customs.
• Supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates team activities related to the operation.
• Coaches, counsels and mentors employees, including issuing disciplinary action as required.
• Assists in recruiting, administrative, payroll, employee scheduling, and general administrative duties.
• Monitors staffing and overtime use and operational and financial performance of the assigned station.
• Promotes team-building initiatives to develop and motivate team members.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards.
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience, and capabilities expected for this position.
