Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC in Boston, MA is seeking individuals to join our growing team for a full-time role coordinating Passenger Assistance Agents, wheelchair teams, and Avtech devices at the airport. Paid training provided with weekly pay for hourly staff. Includes benefits and credentialing support.

You will maintain the control room, manage inventory, and ensure safe, timely passenger assistance. Must be 18+, possess a HS diploma or GED, and obtain required airport/state credentials.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assign Passenger Assistance Agents, wheelchair teams and Avtech devices to flights or locations in the airport.
• Maintain the control room environment, timeclock, inventory records, distribution and maintenance of Avtech devices.
• Distribute Avtech devices for passenger tracking and research and ensure devices are charged and functioning.
• Perform daily inventory of devices and report any discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot devices not functioning and report out-of-service devices.
• Provide access to the Control Room and follow safety and security procedures.
