The role requires clear verbal communication, 1+ years of related experience, and the ability to work on-site in Houston, TX. You will handle daily dispatch information, ensure proper security and airport procedures, and participate in safety and compliance

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in logistics or dispatch.
• Ability to communicate information verbally and via radio equipment in a clear, professional manner.
• Must be a local in-state resident and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Ensure employees have correct information for daily assignments.
• Prepare flight paperwork and schedules for crew and operations.
• Coordinate with flight crew, fueling agents, and ground staff to optimize turnaround.
• Prioritize tasks and manage aircraft turnaround from arrival to departure.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure efficient movement of resources according to schedules.
• Record and maintain logs of dispatch information.
