Job summary

Prospect Airport Services in Baltimore is seeking individuals to join our growing team who are passionate, have integrity, and show empathy for how their words and decisions affect colleagues, customers, and partners.

As a team member, you will assign Agents to flights or other airport locations, oversee the control room environment, manage the timeclock, and handle device distribution and inventory for Avtech equipment to support safe and on-time operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assign team members to flights or other locations in the airport to ensure on-time arrivals and departures.
• Distribute Avtech devices for passenger tracking and research to all team members.
• Perform daily inventory of devices, report discrepancies and ensure devices are charged and operable.
• Troubleshoot devices and report any out-of-service equipment.
• Maintain secure and safe operation of the control room and timeclock.
• Provide access permissions to the Control Room and uphold safety policies.
• Complete work safely following company standards and report incidents as required.
