Job summary

Prospect Airport Services is seeking staff to manage agent assignments for flights at major airports, including Dallas. You will oversee the control room, manage time clocks, and maintain Avtech device inventories while ensuring devices are charged and available for real-time passenger tracking and research.

Responsibilities include daily inventory, device troubleshooting, and safe, compliant operations. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be able to obtain required credentials

Qualifications

• Must be able to assign agents to flights and positions in the control room.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure devices are charged and functioning.
• Troubleshoot devices and report any out-of-service units.

Responsibilities

• Assign team members to activities for on-time arrivals and departures.
• Distribute Avtech devices to team members for passenger tracking and research.
• Perform daily device inventory and report discrepancies.
• Ensure time clocks are operable and provide access to the Control Room.
• Complete duties safely and per company standards.
