Job summary

Prospect Airport Services in Baltimore, MD, seeks a Control Room Associate to assign agents to flights and locations, manage the timeclock, inventory Avtech devices, and maintain the control room environment for safe operations.

• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assign Agents to flights and locations to ensure on-time arrivals and departures.
• Distribute Avtech devices for passenger tracking and research.
• Perform daily inventory of devices and report discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot devices needing repair and report out-of-service units.
• Ensure devices are charged and time clocks are operable.
• Provide right of access to the Control Room and maintain security protocols.
• Complete other duties as assigned within the appropriate skill/experience level.
• Immediately report safety and security incidents or potential hazards.
