Job summary

Prospect Airport Services is seeking an Operations Associate to supervise agent assignments and maintain the control room environment at the Seattle location. You will allocate agents to flights, monitor Avtech devices, and ensure inventory and time clocks are accurate and secure.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Credentials may be required per airport or state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assign team members to activities for safe, on-time arrivals and departures.
• Distribute Avtech devices for passenger tracking and research to all team members.
• Perform daily inventory of devices; report discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot devices and report out-of-service equipment.
• Ensure devices are adequately charged and time clocks are operable.
• Provide access to the Control Room.
• Complete duties safely and per company standards; report safety incidents as required.
