• 8 years of total restaurant experience in similar roles.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations under Sr Director Operations.
• Develop and implement annual budget to meet sales/profit goals.
• Plan, organize, prioritize and assign business activities.
• Ensure brand standards and safety guidelines are followed.
• Hire/promote staff and promote HMSHost as employer of choice.
