You will serve as a key liaison among the company, airline customers, airport authorities, employees, and partners to ensure excellence in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of related experience.
• Travel to various stations on short notice and scheduled visits.
• Must successfully complete airline specific training programs and recertification.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and varying schedules.
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures in a time sensitive environment.
• The ability to read, write and fluently speak and understand the English language.
