Job summary

• Must successfully complete airline specific training programs and recertification.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and varying schedules.
• Fluent English (read, write and speak).

Summary

The Area Manager follows the direction of the Regional Managers for the overall leadership, safety, service quality, and operational performance of passenger and ramp service operations across one or more airport locations. This position provides strategic and hands-on leadership to ensure safe, secure, efficient, and customer-focused operations while meeting airline, airport, regulatory, and company requirements.

The Area Manager serves as a key liaison between the company, airline customers, airport authorities, employees, and other operational partners.
