Job summary

Eagle County Government seeks an Airport Administrative Coordinator to support Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) with administrative, financial, and operational duties. Work closely with airport personnel, tenants and the public in a collaborative, adaptable team environment.

Salary range listed: $30.21–$42.29 hourly. Schedule is Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm and Friday 8am–3pm, with employee housing available. This role requires strong organizational skills and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Three years of general office and direct customer service experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Five years of increasingly responsible office experience and strong customer service/business practices, or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree in business, accounting, airport management or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Security and Compliance: Oversee airport security measures, manage access control systems, and ensure TSA compliance.
• Financial Management: Handle accounting, budgeting, invoicing, payments and data analysis.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional traveler, concession, airline and stakeholder support.
• Project Coordination: Assist with lease tracking, bond management and facility upgrades.
