SSP America is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee multiple restaurant concepts at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, DC. This hands-on leader coaches GMs to achieve operational excellence, financial performance, and brand standards.

Reporting to the onsite Director of Operations, the role thrives in high-volume environments and turns standards into habits, building strong business owners from managers.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in restaurant/food service management or supervisory roles.
• Experience as a multi-unit restaurant manager is highly desired.
• Strong P&L understanding and ability to coach GMs

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of GMs across brands and concepts.
• Hold GMs accountable for results, quality, and standards.
• Drive labor, food cost, and controllables while ensuring safety and compliance
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial reviews; teach GMs to manage P&Ls
