CLEAR is hiring a Member Experience/Service Ambassador (Airport) in Seattle to greet travelers, verify CLEAR membership, and guide them through the process with empathy and urgency. You’ll resolve member concerns, keep lanes ready, and share CLEAR benefits while upholding security protocols.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older and a high school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of client-facing customer service experience.
• Open availability for shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Successful completion of CLEAR, airport, and government screening as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Delight Members & Travelers with warm, proactive assistance.
• Verify & Escort CLEAR Members through the process.
• Resolve Issues by triaging and following through to resolution.
• Keep Operations Flowing with lane readiness and clear communication.
• Educate & Inform travelers about CLEAR benefits and services.
• Operate Safely & Compliantly by following security procedures.
