Sodexo Live! Boston Logan Lounge seeks a General Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple service lines and lead a high-performing team, delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will partner with the client to meet service standards, drive financial performance, mentor managers and frontline staff, and execute hiring, budgeting and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced airport lounge environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of management experience.
• 5 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple service lines.
• Manage food & beverage and front-line staff including managers and supervisors.
• Partner with clients to meet service standards and drive client satisfaction.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
