Job summary

Hyde Park Hospitality, LLC seeks a General Manager to lead The Club lounge at Buffalo Niagara International Airport. You will drive daily operations, guest experience, and staff development in a fast-paced, on-site environment, ensuring brand standards and safety compliance.

You will partner with Airport Dimensions and other stakeholders to deliver superior service, manage financial performance, and elevate the guest journey across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Experience leading lounge operations in hospitality settings.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Strong people leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides ongoing collaborative hands-on leadership for lounge operations and team members.
• Owns guest requests, service failures, and remedies to ensure exceptional experiences.
• Maintains relationships with guests, clients, and other departments; resolves complaints promptly.
• Performs HR functions including recruiting, hiring, and progressive counseling.
• Oversees scheduling, payroll, and team training; ensures compliance with SOPs and safety standards.
• Manages P&L awareness, budget variances, and profitability targets.
