Hyde Park Hospitality, LLC seeks a Part-Time Airport Lounge Food Prep Attendant for The Club lounge at the Buffalo Niagara International Airport. You will prepare food, maintain cleanliness, and ensure safe food handling in a fast-paced lounge environment.

The role requires the ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour and a $200 sign-on bonus. High school diploma or GED and relevant customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Related background in customer service or restaurant/bar service.
• Must be at least 18 or 21 years of age as applicable by law.
• Able to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays and days off.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Aufgaben

• Cleans, portions, and prepares foods for cooking or serving.
• Prepares variety of foods according to orders and procedures.
• Presents food on serving dishes and trays, following procedures.
• Handles and prepares beverages such as coffee and tea.
• Maintains clean and sanitary work areas and equipment.
• Stores food properly to prevent spoilage using FIFO.
