Qualifications

• Management experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality venue of at least five years.
• At least two years managing a unionized workforce required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing leadership for all aspects of the lounge.
• Respond and resolve guest complaints and ratings.
• Conduct HR functions including recruiting, hiring, and terminations.
• Manage P&L statements and profitability of the lounge.
